Changing the scene to much porkier surroundings, our third recipe is made in collaboration with Blackfoot, Exmouth Market's own destination for pork-lovers. Pairing some skin-on pork shoulder on a bun with luscious South African white wine, it makes a perfect weekend brunch showcase. And what's best, after prepping the meat you can just put it in the oven and focus on something else... as long as you don't forget it!
