'Vol de Nuit' is a pure expression of the Carignan grape variety from a selection of 3 very old parcels of vines dating back to 1900. The result is a wine with a very deep colour and an explosion of fruit, black cherry and spice. Simply wonderful!  About the Producer A story that began when, in 1816, Raymond Amiel won the deeds to this property from the Bishop of Perpignan over a game of cards.
