Bénédicte’s vineyards are in the Aube, a southerly region of Champagne where Pinot Noir is the main variety. The Aube is a region rich in independent vineyard owners who grow their grapes and make their own Champagne. These “recoltants manipulants” are making some of the most exciting and great value wines of Champagne. Pinot Noir is known for giving a rich, fruity style of Champagne, and Bénédicte’s wines bring to this style a lovely freshness and finesse. The range includes a rich, balanced Brut NV Réserve and a beautifully refined saignée Rosé.
