90 Points - Yohan Castaing - The 'Vertigo Rouge' is a stunning organic wine made from plots of vines, 5- 20 years old. Aromas of flowers, such as rose petals and flavours of red berries followed by a pronounced minerality. It is a youthful fun wine, easy to drink but, at the same time, with different layers: 80% Grenache, with 20% Syrah. These two partners give body and concentration. The grapes are handpicked and the Vertigo is a very approachable fresh wine showcasing the local grape varieties

'Vol de Nuit' is a pure expression of the Carignan grape variety from a selection of 3 very old parcels of vines dating back to 1900. The result is a wine with a very deep colour and an explosion of fruit, black cherry and spice. The plot for 'Alt433M' was planted in 1962 with Grenache and Lledoner Pelut vines at an altitude of 433M. Lledoner Pelut is a natural mutation of Grenache Noir which reaches phenolic ripeness sooner, to produce wines with a lower alcohol content and is more commonly used in the wines of Priorat, Spain. This combination of altitude, fermentation in steel vats and the addition of Lledoner Pelut into the blend produces a wine with remarkable freshness and a lower alcohol content of 12.5%.  About th
