Pink Champagne! It’s impossible to say without feeling happy. Rosé Champagne ranges from lively and delicate to rich and fruity. We love both styles. Rosé Champagne is made using two main methods. One method is “saignée”, in which the pink colour comes from using red grapes that are lightly squeezed. In the other method, a little dash of red wine is added to the white to give that lovely pink tint. (Wine bluffer fact: Pink Champagne is the only rosé wine in the EU that you’re allowed to make by mixing red and white wine!)
