My Perfect 3 terms & conditions are in addition to our general Terms & Conditions
How My Perfect 3 works ?
Every month, we will send you a selection of 3 bottles of mixed wine for a monthly subscription fee based upon your chosen subscription pack of either: £26 - 12 months, £28 - 3 months or £30 - 1 month (includes packaging & postage to agreed eligible locations – see delivery information below. Contact us directly if your postcode falls outside these areas on firstname.lastname@example.org.
My Perfect 3 Terms and Conditions
By ordering My Perfect 3 Wine discovery Box, you agree that you will receive 3 bottles of wine and the associated content every month for the duration of the selected pack (1 month for Trial Box, 3 months for the Taster Box, and 12 months for the Explorer Box). Your membership will be automatically renewed at end of the period on a one month rolling basis at the cost of the original subscription.
We may from time to time send you promotional offers that are relevant to your membership or to your personal preferences.
Your first My Perfect 3 Box will be delivered within 3 working days of your order being placed (we aim to achieve next day whenever possible subject to placing your order before the cut-off time of 14.00pm) - Subsequent My Perfect 3 Boxes are dispatched every month around the 10th of the month. Monthly payments are also taken on the day of the dispatch.
We deliver throughout the UK expect for, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, the Channel Islands, BFPO and PO boxes, Scottish Highlands & Islands (see below postcodes),
IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17- 26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE.

Any relevant My Perfect 3 subscription product cashback or voucher code discounts can only be applied to the first month payment only and will not be applied on any subsequent months payments.
My Perfect 3 - Products
The packaging of the Products may vary from that shown on images on our site.
All wines and information are subject to availability. Wine is an agricultural product and runs out from time to time. Occasionally we may substitute wines for a later vintage.
My Perfect 3 - Cancellation
You have a legal right to cancel a Contract during the period set out below. This means that during the relevant period if you change your mind or decide for any other reason that you do not want to receive or keep a Product, you can notify us of your decision to cancel the Contract and receive a refund.
To cancel your subscription please let us know seven working days before the pack is due to be dispatched otherwise we will proceed with the delivery.
- 1 month subscription: can be cancelled one day prior to delivery. Delivery of the first box is within 3 working days of your first order. Subsequent deliveries are dispatched around the 10tthe of the month.
- 3 month subscription: can be cancelled seven working days prior to the dispatch date (2nd Monday of each month). There will be a charge of £26 payable which will be taken from the stored credit card regardless of when the subscription is cancelled within the 3 month term.
At the end of the three month term, you will go onto a monthly rolling contract. If you wish to cancel, you need to do so 7 working days before the delivery day on the 10th of every month.
- 12 Month subscription: This subscription is for a 12 month period and priced accordingly. If you would like to stop your subscription within the 12 month period it can be cancelled seven working days prior to the dispatch date (2nd Monday of each month).There will be a charge of £52 payable which will be taken from the stored credit card regardless of when the subscription is cancelled within the 12 month term.
At the end of the twelve month term, you will go onto a monthly rolling contract. If you wish to cancel, you need to do so 7 working days before the delivery day on the 10th of every month.
To cancel a Contract, you just need to let us know that you have decided to cancel. The easiest way to do this is to e-mail email@example.com or call 0203 617 6945
My Perfect 3 - Change of Address
We require seven working days’ notice by e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org if a different delivery address to that of the original is required.

By ordering the 3 or 12 month packs you agree that the Perfect Cellar Ltd can take any eligible subscription cancellation fees on the credit or debit card which was used to pay for the introductory pack.
If you decide to cancel either the 3 or 12 month packs within the plan time there will be a charge of £26 for the 3 month pack and £52 for the 12 month pack.
My Perfect 3 - Voucher codes
Unless otherwise stated, voucher codes are only to be used once by new customers on their first purchase. You are not entitled to any further introductory vouchers or other introductory offers from My Perfect 3. Vouchers are non-transferable, may not be sold at auction and have no cash alternative. Where a voucher is used in breach of these conditions we reserve the right to refuse to supply wines to you or to make a charge equivalent to the value of the voucher against the payment card used on the contravening order or take steps to redeem the products as we deem appropriate. A charge may be made to cover the cost of recovery of the goods.
Any cashback or voucher code discounts can only be applied to the first month payment only and will not be applied on any subsequent months’ payments.
Cashback offers can’t be used in conjunction with any other voucher code offers.
The current “£12 Off orders over £50” promotion is not valid and can’t be used in conjunction with the purchase of any My Perfect 3 subscription packs.
My Perfect 3 - Competition
Competition is open to all UK residents over the age of 18 only. Offer not open to employees of ThinkersHQ or Perfect Cellar Limited
The winner will be drawn and contacted via email at the end of each month. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or alternatives.
