Wine Rewards

Welcome to our Loyalty Reward Programme "Wine Rewards" which simply rewards you whilst you sit back and enjoy your favourite Perfect Cellar wines.

How it works:

You will earn reward points (1 point = £0.025) for the following activities:

  1. Create an Account = 100 points (equivalent to £2.50) 
  2. Buying wine = 1 point for every £1 spent
  3. Refer Friends = 400 points (equivalent to £10)

Wine Club customers receive 2 points for every £1 spent on Wine Club membership and on any additional purchases.

Once you’ve reached 358 points you can then use them to purchase Perfect Cellar wine/s online via your account (see how to redeem your points).

How to Redeem Your Points for Wine:

  1. Login to your account 
  2. Find “Wine Rewards” tab at bottom right of your screen & click
  3. Now click "Get Rewards" tab & choose your wine reward (must have the required points or more) & click
  4. Copy your personal promotional code
  5. Choose your wine/s & place the code in “promotional” box during checkout
  6. Enjoy!

Refer Friends

  1. Login to your account 
  2. Find “Wine Rewards” tab at bottom right of your screen & click
  3. Now click "Refer Friends" tab & choose either Twitter, Facebook or e-mail to share with your friends
  4. If your friend/s then purchase from the Perfect Cellar your account will be credited on their first order (only) with 400 points
  5. Enjoy!

FAQs

How do I view my point balance?
Your point balance is on every page in the bottom right corner of our website www.perfectcellar.com.

How do I redeem my points?
Select the tab called "Get Rewards". Here you’ll see all the rewards we offer. If you have enough points, you can redeem them for a reward.

Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn?
No. Go ahead and earn as many as you can!

Do my points expire?
Yes. If you don't earn or spend any points in 12 months they'll expire.

What do the 'approved', 'pending' and 'cancelled' statuses mean?
Approved: These points can be redeemed on rewards immediately
Pending: These points are need to be verified before you can redeem them. This typically applies to purchases and referrals
Cancelled: These points will not be added to your account. For example, this will happen if you cancel a purchase (the points will change from pending to cancelled)

What happens if a friend I refer cancels or returns their order?
Your pending points will become cancelled and will be removed from your account.

Why did my account balance go down?
You, or someone you referred, cancelled or returned a purchase.

I completed an activity but didn't earn points!
It can sometimes take a few minutes for us to process your activity and provide your points.

Can I use my points during checkout?
Not directly - please redeem your points for a voucher which can then be applied during checkout.

How do I leave the program?
If you no longer wish to earn points, please contact us and ask to be unenrolled. We'll unenroll you and you will lose any points you have accrued.

What happens if I leave and decide to join again?
Just contact us and we'll re-enroll you. However, your point total will begin from zero.
