The light and salty fish pairs perfectly with our Petit Chablis from award winning producer, Charly Nicolle. This innovative dish is incorporates a celery crumble, giving a fresh and naturally sweet finish. Topped off with a splash of wild garlic sauce to bring all of the flavours together.
