This Picpoul de Pinet is a super refreshing wine packed full of complex fruit flavours and moreish acidity. The grapes for this Domaine Font-Mars are harvested in the middle of September to obtain full ripeness and then picked at night in order to preserve their refreshing quality. Pale gold in colour with light green reflections.
