Produced from Moscatel (muscat) grapes that are exposed to the sun until burnt so as to intensify and concentrate the sugar content. Its fermentation is partial, and is stopped by means of the addition of alcohol, so conserving the best part of their original sweetness. The wine is intense mahogany colour and dense quality are created during the process of aging and oxidising in the barrel.  Taste Dark mahogany with shades of plums and dates, sweet & silky with full palate.
