This bio-dynamically farmed Pouilly Fuisse is from 50 year old vines around the villages of Fuissé, Solutré-Pouilly, Vergisson and Chaintré. Gently hand harvested and sorted, the wine is fermented in oak barrels (10% new) with wild yeasts for 14 months.
