Organic Wine. Verdejo is the flagship variety of Rueda and this indigenous Spanish grape offers a crisp and refreshing white wine with green apple and citrus fruit. Notes of green apple and citrus aromas which are complemented by peach, apricot and with pleasant floral nuances of hawthorn and acacia, well combined with a balsamic finish of fennel, hay and aniseed. It is very well balanced with crispy acidity. If you like Sauvignon - you must try this wine. Beautifully balanced and very enjoyable
