The soil is tilled by Comtois draught horses – Rambo and Vagabond, and the blend is Grenache Noir (80%) and Carignan (20%), after being hand harvested, twice sorted and fully de-stemmed. 90 Points - Yohan Castaing - The 'Vertigo Rouge' is a stunning organic wine made from plots of vines, 5- 20 years old. Aromas of flowers, such as rose petals and flavours of red berries followed by a pronounced minerality. It is a youthful fun wine, easy to drink but, at the same time, with different layers: 80% Grenache, with 20% Syrah. These two partners give body and concentration.
