90 Points - Yohan Castaing - The 'Vertigo Rouge' is a stunning organic wine made from plots of vines, 5- 20 years old. Aromas of flowers, such as rose petals and flavours of red berries followed by a pronounced minerality. It is a youthful fun wine, easy to drink but, at the same time, with different layers: 80% Grenache, with 20% Syrah. These two partners give body and concentration. 'Vol de Nuit' is a pure expression of the Carignan grape variety from a selection of 3 very old parcels of vines dating back to 1900. The result is a wine with a very deep colour and an explosion of fruit, black cherry and spice.
