Bruno Murciano, one of the most prestigious sommeliers in the country, set up a winemaking project with his brother Jose Luis. They work to showcase the native varieties that grow in their village, Caudete de las Fuentes (Valencia), and they make a trilogy of wines using the Bobal variety. Exclusively produced from centenarian Bobal vines from the limestone terroir top of the hill of Las Brunas vineyard at 1,000m. Grapes hand harvested into 10kg crates, then transported via refrigerated trucks a
