Cabernet Franc is the productive parent of two notorious grapes, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. Our premium Cabernet Franc wines have dominant, strong flavours of roasted pepper, chilli and subtle strawberry. To balance out these flavours we recommend decanting these wines 30 minutes before drinking, to simmer down the natural spiciness.
