1 * Château Grand Tayac Margaux 2016

94 Points - International Wine Report. Situated on the same terroir as Chateaux Margaux and Palmer stands the impressive Chateau Grand Tayac. With the help of wine consultant Eric Boissenot, the grapes are sourced from a single parcel of vines with an age of over 50 years to produce this consistently high scoring and limited production Margaux. Château Grand Tayac is a blend of 70% Cabernet Sauvignon, 27% Merlot, 3% Petit Verdot and will continue to develop over the next few years to come. A hidden gem!  "Overall this is an absolutely fabulous wine that is already quite expressive, however it looks as if it will have an even brighter future ahead. There won't be much of this to go around, this is an extremely small production release made by one of Bordeaux's most talented winemaker/consultants Eric Boissenot."  J. D'Angelo June 2020

1 * Domaine Bernard Fleuriet et Fils Sancerre Tradition Blanc 2019

90 Points - CellarTracker - This exceptional Organic wine exemplifies the finest expressions of the Sauvignon Blanc grape grown in Sancerre. The harvest is done entirely by hand for better sorting and greater respect for the grapes (less oxidation with a crop that arrives whole). The harvest, once arrived in the cellar, is sorted manually, de-stemmed and transported on carpets to avoid any crushing. This is a blend of 50% grapes grown in clay-limestone soil which gives the wine its richness and power and 50% grapes grown in the stony, calcareous "caillottes" which gives it freshness, vivacity and fruitiness. 

1 * Jean de Villaré Grande Réserve Brut Champagne NV

Gold Medal - Mundus Vini (2015) - 3 years of bottle ageing. The translucent, pale golden colour of the Champagne Jean de Villaré Grande Réserve gives way to initial aromas that are elegant and pure. These are complemented by succulent notes of apple, peach and apricot. In the mouth, this very well-balanced champagne is complex and round. The mouth is supple and a well balanced. Unctuous with a good length in the mouth.

In the unfortunate event of any issues you may have with your delivery, please contact our Customer Service team and we will investigate this for you.

As indicated in our Quality Promise we will happily refund or exchange any faulty or corked bottles, or wines you don’t like. All we ask is the bottles in question are returned to us at least half full for verification purposes. If a bottle is broken on delivery we will also replace or refund it but we do require photographic evidence of the breakage. Equally we can arrange for the bottles to be collected the next time you receive a delivery from us.

Should we be unable to fulfill any part, or all of an order, Perfect Cellar (Beyond the Bottle Ltd) will suggest comparable substitutions. You are free to refuse these suggestions and are eligible for a full refund of relevant parts of the order.

In all instances, Perfect Cellar (Beyond the Bottle Ltd) must be informed of any claim within 24 hours of receipt of delivery by letter or telephone. All refunds will be issued after we have received and approved the faulty items and the amount will be re-credited to your account within 30 days. The amount refunded will be equal to the full amount paid for the relevant products at the time of purchase and must be made by the same payment method as the original sale.

If you choose to cancel your contract of sale with Perfect Cellar (Beyond the Bottle Ltd) you may do so within seven working days of receipt of the goods. If the goods have already been dispatched they must be returned to us unopened and undamaged, and Perfect Cellar (Beyond the Bottle Ltd) will not be liable for any costs associated with the original or return delivery.

No refund can be given when a case has left bond as the value will be affected. Individual bottles of Fine Wine will be considered for refund on a case-by-case basis.

We advise contacting our Customers Services team before making any claim to ensure the process goes as smoothly as possible.
