1 * Château La Coste Rosé Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence

A premium biodynamic Provencal Rose from the state of the art Château La Coste. They have been certified organic since 2009 and have since been running their estate to biodynamic principles. Provencal Rose doesn't get better than this. Pale, aromatic and floral, with soft, delicate red fruit notes, elegant, with refreshing minerality and considerable finesse. "This is a soft, smooth wine, ripe with red fruits and well balanced", Wine Enthusiast. A delicious and luxurious Provence Rosé.

1 * Château d'Esclans Rock Angel Côtes de Provence Rosé

Rock Angel is partially barrel fermented in large oak barrels and made from Grenache, Cinsault and Rolle (Vermentino). This rosé bears a more complex and structured taste profile than Whispering Angel bringing it into a more premium realm giving rosé lovers a bigger and richer wine that is fabulous as an aperitif or paired with a broad range of fine cuisine. If you like the minerality of a Sancerre, you will love this wine.

1 * Château Gassier Esprit Gassier Côtes de Provence Rosé

90 Point Decanter (2018) - Gold Medal Winner - Paris 2020 - From the outstanding terroir of Sainte-Victoire in Provence comes the Organic Esprit Gassier. Stylish yet laid back, Esprit Gassier is made from a blend of Syrah, Grenache, Cinsault and Rolle and is vinified using direct pressing and fermentation at low temperatures in order to preserve the aromas in the fruit. A light pink hue and notes of peach combined with delicate aromas of white flowers and white fruits.

* We may have to change a particular wine or vintage due to stock availability. Should we do so, it will be for a wine of a similar style and of an equal or greater value than that of the advertised bottle.

The TastingBOX is delivered free of charge by UK Royal Mail Tracked 48hr to UK addresses only.

Advent Calendar

Delivery will be made in the week commencing 20th November 2023.

As indicated in our Quality Promise we will happily refund or exchange any faulty bottles. All we ask is the bottles in question are returned to us at least half full for verification purposes. If a bottle is broken on delivery we will also replace or refund it but we do require photographic evidence of the breakage. Equally we can arrange for the bottles to be collected the next time you receive a delivery from us.

Should we be unable to fulfil any part, or all of an order, Perfect Cellar (Beyond the Bottle Ltd) will suggest comparable substitutions. You are free to refuse these suggestions and are eligible for a full refund of relevant parts of the order.

In all instances, Perfect Cellar (Beyond the Bottle Ltd) must be informed of any claim within 24 hours of receipt of delivery by email or telephone. All refunds will be issued after we have received and approved the faulty items and the amount will be re-credited to your account within 30 days. The amount refunded will be equal to the full amount paid for the relevant products at the time of purchase and must be made by the same payment method as the original sale.

If you choose to cancel your contract of sale with Perfect Cellar (Beyond the Bottle Ltd) you may do so within 30 days of receipt of the goods. If the goods have already been dispatched they must be returned to us unopened and undamaged, and Perfect Cellar (Beyond the Bottle Ltd) will not be liable for any costs associated with the original or return delivery. 

No refund can be given when a case has left bond as the value will be affected. Individual bottles of Fine Wine will be considered for refund on a case-by-case basis.
