93 Points - Tim Atkin. We are very proud to bring you the Alma La Rad Rioja DOCa 2015 which is Bodegas Casa La Rads flagship wine with a very limited production of only 2000 bottles for this 2015 vintage. Awarded 93 Points by Tim Atkin in his Rioja Special Report, Casa La Rad Alma is a 50/50 blend of Tempranillo and Graciano, grown at an altitude of 500 meters and fermented in large French oak barrels. The Alma is a super complex wine with stunning presentation, from a forward looking winery dedicated to the environment to sustain and improve its vitality and biodiversity. A wine that can be enjoyed now or laid down for up to 5 more years, this is a rare opportunity to acquire this beautiful wine.

1 * Domaine Roger Sabon Châteauneuf-du-Pape Cuvée Les Olivets 2020

A favourite Châteauneuf-du-Pape producer of Robert Parker, Domaine Roger Sabon, established in 1952 produces a modern style of wine, with the Cuvée Les Olivets a stunning fruit forward Cuvée from vines over 50 years of age. A bright ruby colour. Toasted, furry, brothy and undergrowth nose. Ripe tannins are assorted with ripe black cherry on the palate. With previous vintages rated as high as 99 points by Robert Parker - it shows the remarkable consistency of Roger Sabon's wines

1 * Domaine Charly Nicolle Chablis Ante MCMLXXX 2019

94 Points - Wine Enthusiast. This delicious premium Chablis is made from old vines planted before 1980.  It is a full-bodied and powerfully concentrated Chablis with notes of Mirabelle plum and quince flavours balanced by a tangerine streak of acidity. Vinified in a combination of stainless steel and oak, it's rich and rounded but framed by a gripping finish of chalk and stone. 

1 * Karine Lauverjat Pouilly-Fumé 2021

A multi-award winning Pouilly-Fumé made from old vines, the average age of the vines is around 30 years. Pale yellow colour, with typical Pouilly-Fumé aromas of flint with a hint of white fruit, exotic and citrus fruits. A wonderfully well balanced, fresh and aromatic wine.  Typical aroma of flint with a hint of white fruit. On the palate a pure and strong dry wine, where the individual aromas are expressed.

Whispering Angel is today’s worldwide reference for Provence rosé. Made from Grenache, Cinsault and Rolle (Vermentino), its pale colour is pleasing to the eye and draws one in. The rewarding taste profile is full and lush while being bone dry with a smooth finish. Highly approachable and enjoyable with a broad range of cuisine, Whispering Angel is a premium rosé that you can drink from mid-day to midnight.

FINALIST : PEOPLES CHOICE AWARDS 2019: This traditional, bottle-fermented, vintage sparkling wine is made from the traditional Champagne grape varieties of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier.   This beautiful sparkling has appealing floral aromas of apple blossom interlaced with ripe melon and constance pear plus a delicate thread of minerality. On the palate the fine mousse marries citrus flavours of grapefruit and Sicilian lemon with a crystalline structure and zesty acidity. The autolytic character is subtle. In the unfortunate event of any issues you may have with your delivery, please contact our Customer Service team and we will investigate this for you.

As indicated in our Quality Promise we will happily refund or exchange any faulty bottles. All we ask is the bottles in question are returned to us at least half full for verification purposes. If a bottle is broken on delivery we will also replace or refund it but we do require photographic evidence of the breakage. Equally we can arrange for the bottles to be collected the next time you receive a delivery from us.

Should we be unable to fulfil any part, or all of an order, Perfect Cellar (Beyond the Bottle Ltd) will suggest comparable substitutions. You are free to refuse these suggestions and are eligible for a full refund of relevant parts of the order.

In all instances, Perfect Cellar (Beyond the Bottle Ltd) must be informed of any claim within 24 hours of receipt of delivery by email or telephone. All refunds will be issued after we have received and approved the faulty items and the amount will be re-credited to your account within 30 days. The amount refunded will be equal to the full amount paid for the relevant products at the time of purchase and must be made by the same payment method as the original sale.

If you choose to cancel your contract of sale with Perfect Cellar (Beyond the Bottle Ltd) you may do so within 30 days of receipt of the goods. If the goods have already been dispatched they must be returned to us unopened and undamaged, and Perfect Cellar (Beyond the Bottle Ltd) will not be liable for any costs associated with the original or return delivery. 

No refund can be given when a case has left bond as the value will be affected. Individual bottles of Fine Wine will be considered for refund on a case-by-case basis.
