This 'Vanidade Albarino' from Vina Almirante is your go to wine for the perfect seafood wine match. Classic stone fruit, citrus character, with good fruit concentration, some savoury character. The wine shows power and density in palate, with much fruit, very clean and expressive. An incredible Albarino - well worth a try.

1 * Cantine Paolini Grecanico, Conte di Matàrocco Terre Siciliane IGP 2019

Grecanico is the name of the grape variety when grown in Sicily, more commonly known as Garganega, the variety responsible for the more famous Soave. Conte di Matàrocco is a lovely soft and pleasant wine, hand harvested and ideal as an aperitif. 

1 * Bodegas Verdeal '20 de Abril' Verdejo 2020

Verdejo is the flagship variety of Rueda and this indigenous Spanish grape offers a crisp and refreshing white wine with green apple and citrus fruit. Notes of green apple and citrus aromas which are complemented by peach, apricot and with pleasant floral nuances of hawthorn and acacia, well combined with a balsamic finish of fennel, hay and aniseed. It is very well balanced with crispy acidity. 

1 * 1339 Pinot Grigio Trentino DOC 2020

When you need a really good bottle of Pinot Grigio, it does not get better than this ! Made from winemakers who have produced wines since 1956, this wine is straw yellow in colour, fruity and fine on the nose; on the palate dry, full with a balanced acidity. Very good as aperitif, it goes very well with fish and white meat dishes. 

1 * Domaine de Castelnau 'Les Cabanes de l'étang' Picpoul de Pinet 2022

This Picpoul is a real delight ! Great wine made with respect for the environment, a winner in our book. Candied fruits with delicate floral aromas and super refreshing acidity. This is an eminently enjoyable Picpoul de Pinet, from a centuries old winery, using modern techniques with the upmost care and respect for the environment. The award of the highest level of environmental certification (HVE) is testament to the Domaine's efforts. Your go to summer drop!

1 * Domaine de la Furonnière Muscadet Sèvre et Maine sur Lie 2020 

Bronze Medal Concours General Agricole Paris Wine Competition. This Muscadet Sèvre et Maine Sur Lie comes from one of the most famous Terroir of Nantes’ Vineyard, in the Loire Valley. Light green in colour with aromas of kiwi, grapefruit, white peach, apple, and lemon fruits, well balanced with a fine minerality. Round and soft with a fresh finish. Delicious with seafood.

Delivery will be made in the week commencing 20th November 2023.

As indicated in our Quality Promise we will happily refund or exchange any faulty bottles. All we ask is the bottles in question are returned to us at least half full for verification purposes. If a bottle is broken on delivery we will also replace or refund it but we do require photographic evidence of the breakage. Equally we can arrange for the bottles to be collected the next time you receive a delivery from us.

Should we be unable to fulfil any part, or all of an order, Perfect Cellar (Beyond the Bottle Ltd) will suggest comparable substitutions. You are free to refuse these suggestions and are eligible for a full refund of relevant parts of the order.

In all instances, Perfect Cellar (Beyond the Bottle Ltd) must be informed of any claim within 24 hours of receipt of delivery by email or telephone. All refunds will be issued after we have received and approved the faulty items and the amount will be re-credited to your account within 30 days. The amount refunded will be equal to the full amount paid for the relevant products at the time of purchase and must be made by the same payment method as the original sale.

If you choose to cancel your contract of sale with Perfect Cellar (Beyond the Bottle Ltd) you may do so within 30 days of receipt of the goods. If the goods have already been dispatched they must be returned to us unopened and undamaged, and Perfect Cellar (Beyond the Bottle Ltd) will not be liable for any costs associated with the original or return delivery. 

No refund can be given when a case has left bond as the value will be affected. Individual bottles of Fine Wine will be considered for refund on a case-by-case basis.
