1 * Domaine Charly Nicolle Chablis Ante MCMLXXX 2019

94 Points - Wine Enthusiast. This delicious premium Chablis is made from old vines planted before 1980.  It is a full-bodied and powerfully concentrated Chablis with notes of Mirabelle plum and quince flavours balanced by a tangerine streak of acidity. Vinified in a combination of stainless steel and oak, it's rich and rounded but framed by a gripping finish of chalk and stone.

1 * Karine Lauverjat Pouilly-Fumé 2021

A multi-award winning Pouilly-Fumé made from old vine: average age of the vines is around 30 years. Pale yellow colour, with typical Pouilly-Fumé aromas of flint with a hint of white fruit, exotic and citrus fruits. A wonderfully well balanced, fresh and aromatic wine.  Typical aroma of flint with a hint of white fruit. On the palate a pure and strong dry wine, where the individual aromas are expressed. 

1 * Nicola Bergaglio 'Minaia' Gavi di Gavi DOCG 2021

Awarded the highest "Tre Bicchieri" (3 Glasses) in Italy's Gambero Rosso in the 2021 edition of the book. Gavi is one of the most fashionable white regions in Italy and the Cortese grape is king. Bergaglio's Gavi di Gavi La Minaia is 100% stainless steel fermented and left to rest in the bottle before being released. White peach and acacia aromatics, with soft honeyed richness, a cool mineral streak, beautifully balanced and fresh through to long finish. The palate is crisp and dry, with a hint of ripe pears and a complex array of red and green apples, the finish is mouth-wateringly refreshing and lengthy. 

1 * Vina Almirante Caino Blanco 2019

From the premium sub-region of Val do Salnés in Rias Biaxas, comes this 100% varietal Caino Blanco, a rare natural crossing of 2 varieties, Albarino and Azal Tinto, thought to have occurred in the early 18th Century. Deliciously fresh, elegant with good structure and lovely citrus fruit character, this is a lovely delicate wine. I you love Albarino or want to try something new, you will not be disappointed. 

1 * Heredia Pinot Grigio Trentino DOC 2019

An outstanding Pinot Grigio with an intensely fruity, yet elegant structure. Perfectly balanced with a touch of silky smoothness on the palate with slight floral notes, green apple, pear and citrus fruit on the palate. Best enjoyed with food, this is a very serious Pinot.

1 * Albert Bichot Mâcon Milly-Lamartine 2019

Located to the west of the longest of the limestone secondary mountain ranges that stretch from Tournus in the north to Fuissé in the south, the vineyards of Milly-Lamartine cover the Mâconnais region’s last west-facing slopes. They are unique in that they are influenced by the cool temperatures of the first heights of the Upper Mâconnais micro-region, at altitudes ranging between 290 and nearly 400 metres. The nose is all freshness, though complex and redolent of aromas of gunflint and menthol, which are underpinned by notes of peach and apricot. On the palate, fullness and complexity are enhanced by a refreshing finish that is characteristic of this higher-altitude terroir.

Advent Calendar

Delivery will be made in the week commencing 20th November 2023.

As indicated in our Quality Promise we will happily refund or exchange any faulty bottles. All we ask is the bottles in question are returned to us at least half full for verification purposes. If a bottle is broken on delivery we will also replace or refund it but we do require photographic evidence of the breakage. Equally we can arrange for the bottles to be collected the next time you receive a delivery from us.

Should we be unable to fulfil any part, or all of an order, Perfect Cellar (Beyond the Bottle Ltd) will suggest comparable substitutions. You are free to refuse these suggestions and are eligible for a full refund of relevant parts of the order.

In all instances, Perfect Cellar (Beyond the Bottle Ltd) must be informed of any claim within 24 hours of receipt of delivery by email or telephone. All refunds will be issued after we have received and approved the faulty items and the amount will be re-credited to your account within 30 days. The amount refunded will be equal to the full amount paid for the relevant products at the time of purchase and must be made by the same payment method as the original sale.

If you choose to cancel your contract of sale with Perfect Cellar (Beyond the Bottle Ltd) you may do so within 30 days of receipt of the goods. If the goods have already been dispatched they must be returned to us unopened and undamaged, and Perfect Cellar (Beyond the Bottle Ltd) will not be liable for any costs associated with the original or return delivery. 

No refund can be given when a case has left bond as the value will be affected. Individual bottles of Fine Wine will be considered for refund on a case-by-case basis.
