This multi award winning Sancerre is a made blend of the best parcels of Sauvignon the Domaine has to offer. On the palate, a fresh, strong, airy style which is seduced by the purity and intensity of the fruit. Beautiful pale clear yellow colour, delicate aromas of white flowers, also developing a citrus tone. This classic Sancerre, made from old vines (over 30 years), is a fabulous seafood accompaniment. 

1 * Domaine Charly Nicolle Petit Chablis 2020

From 15-20 year old vines, this Petit Chablis has all of the characteristics of great quality Chablis despite its more humble appellation. Aromas of quince and lemon are laced with white flowers and hints of crushed stones, simply beautiful. Intoxicating perfumes of summer flowers and fruit fill the nose. Its character has traits of oysters and shells. A Chablis aroma couldn’t be more authentic than this.

1 * 1339 Moia Riesling Renano Trentino DOC 2013

Attention Riesling lovers! Here comes your new favourite. It has everything you want in a dry Riesling, plenty of fruit, steely minerality, honey and great ageing potential which comes with those infamous petrol notes we all love. Ideal as aperitif, it fits very well with fish dishes, also shellfish, steamed vegetables and Asian cuisine. 

1 * 1339 Pinot Grigio Trentino DOC 2020

When you need a really good bottle of Pinot Grigio, it does not get better than this ! Made from winemakers who have produced wines since 1956, this wine is straw yellow in colour, fruity and fine on the nose; on the palate dry, full with a balanced acidity. Very good as aperitif, it goes very well with fish and white meat dishes. Serving temperature 10-12° C. Make sure you stock up on this, because you will hardly find anything better than this. Amazing value for money.

1 * Bodegas Verdeal '20 de Abril' Verdejo 2020

Verdejo is the flagship variety of Rueda and this indigenous Spanish grape offers a crisp and refreshing white wine with green apple and citrus fruit. Notes of green apple and citrus aromas which are complemented by peach, apricot and with pleasant floral nuances of hawthorn and acacia, well combined with a balsamic finish of fennel, hay and aniseed. It is very well balanced with crispy acidity.

1 * Vina Almirante 'Pionero' Albariño 2020

Made by multi-award winning winery Vina Almirante in Rias Baixas in the North-West of Spain.  The 'Pionero' Albariño is simply fabulous. Galicia's primary grape variety, Albarino has a thick skin to protect it from mildrew, caused by the cool wet climate. An excitingly  fresh and elegant wine, made for seafood or simply to enjoy by itself.  "Juicy, clean and zesty on the finish, and chiseled in terms of structure and acidity. Very nice Albariño for the price". Wine Enthusiast.

In the unfortunate event of any issues you may have with your delivery, please contact our Customer Service team and we will investigate this for you.

As indicated in our Quality Promise we will happily refund or exchange any faulty bottles. All we ask is the bottles in question are returned to us at least half full for verification purposes. If a bottle is broken on delivery we will also replace or refund it but we do require photographic evidence of the breakage. Equally we can arrange for the bottles to be collected the next time you receive a delivery from us.

Should we be unable to fulfil any part, or all of an order, Perfect Cellar (Beyond the Bottle Ltd) will suggest comparable substitutions. You are free to refuse these suggestions and are eligible for a full refund of relevant parts of the order.

In all instances, Perfect Cellar (Beyond the Bottle Ltd) must be informed of any claim within 24 hours of receipt of delivery by email or telephone. All refunds will be issued after we have received and approved the faulty items and the amount will be re-credited to your account within 30 days. The amount refunded will be equal to the full amount paid for the relevant products at the time of purchase and must be made by the same payment method as the original sale.

If you choose to cancel your contract of sale with Perfect Cellar (Beyond the Bottle Ltd) you may do so within 30 days of receipt of the goods. If the goods have already been dispatched they must be returned to us unopened and undamaged, and Perfect Cellar (Beyond the Bottle Ltd) will not be liable for any costs associated with the original or return delivery. 

No refund can be given when a case has left bond as the value will be affected. Individual bottles of Fine Wine will be considered for refund on a case-by-case basis.
