The vines sit on a tiny nine acre plot beneath the bell tower of Saint-Christophe-des-Bardes, on deep clays and limestone, with some of the lowest yields in Bordeaux. Stéphane Derenoncourt has guided the winemaking, and the estate has since been bought by the family behind Le Pin and Vieux Château Certan.
