It is part of the Ramón Bilbao group, the Rioja producer, and its grapes come mainly from the Salnés valley, harvested by hand in small crates and carefully selected in the vineyard and winery. Part of the winemaking takes place in specially designed tanks that limit oxidation and protect the grape’s vibrant fruit.
