Crunchy, sappy tannins give unexpected grip, and juicy acidity keeps it lively through a long finish. Aged for 16 months in French oak, 52% of it new. Papillon, French for butterfly, was first released in 2007 and is named after a word that Phinney's daughter learned. Orin Swift has been part of the E. \u0026amp; J.
