The Garage Wine Co. team are on a mission to revive and regenerate Chile’s ‘lost’ old vines. Co-founders Pilar Miranda and Derek Mossman are passionate believers in the brilliance of old vines and have scoured the land to find ancient vineyards that have been abandoned owing to their remoteness, difficulty to farm, or low yields. They now have 31 hectares in 22 plots that produce a range of wonderful wines in accordance with regenerative practices. Using innovative practices, they produce a range of varietal and field blend (several varieties in the same vineyard) wines that are unique, compelling, and exceptional.
