The domaine have always favoured the lower slopes for this variety, as the depth of the clay is vital in allowing the characteristics of the terroir to shine through.The average age of the vines is around 30 years, and they are spread over 12 hectares of A.O.C.Sancerre. The Domaine practices 'lutte raisonnée' (minimum intervention) method, with 75% weed control.

Using seaweed to naturally help combat diseases and reduce any chemical intervention in order to maintain the harmony between the quality of their wines and the respect of the environment.
