This organic white wine is a beautifully delicate and floral delight. The grape variety Müller-Thurgau was the work of Dr. Hermann Mueller, who named it after himself and the region of his birth: Thurgau. Originally thought to be a cross of Riesling and Silvaner, Müller Thurgau is in fact a crossing of Riesling and Chasselas. This grape was introduced in Trentino in 1939. This grape gives the best results if cultivated on the hillsides, with a not too dry soil, with a good exposure and good vent
