Current owner Dominique Vacher initiated the conversion process to Organic Agriculture in 1999. The result is a lovely organic wine, predominantly Merlot, with 15% Cabernet Franc and 5% Cabernet Sauvignon, where the fruit sings to produce a wine with a complex nose of spice, grilled fruits and wild strawberries. In the mouth, this wine is smooth and silky, with refreshing tannins.
