Corvina is a tropical grape found growing around the shores of Lake Garda. It is youthful and fresh, brimming with bright fruity flavours. On its own, high end Corvina wine offers tart flavours of sour cherry and hints of nutty almonds. The vivid flavour of high end Corvina wine make them wonderful for offsetting rich, fatty dishes such as antipasti boards.
