Premium Grenache Gris wines are something of a rarity, and are often considered as a winemaker’s indulgence, since there is little commercial gain to be made from producing them. These wines often exhibit apricot and stone fruit aromas, with a full palate. Premium Grenache Gris wine is somewhat of a delicacy, and so it deserves to be paired as such, we recommend snails with garlic butter, or eel terrine.
