Fine Limnio Wine
Fine Limnio wine hails from the Greek island of Limnos and has a long, rich history, being mentioned by renowned poets such as Homer and Aristotle. The grape has been used in wine production for over 2000 years, and its maturity results in Limnio wine that is high in alcohol with a herbaceous taste and distinctive notes of bay leaves.

Jancis Robinson said about Kikones:" I LOVE IT!" FT. Considered the most ancient of all Greek grape varieties, Limnio is a high quality, beautiful variety un-known outside of Greece. Medium bodied with silky soft tannins, it has an intense bouquet of cherry and spice (cinnamon and cloves) with a touch of dried apricot, all perfectly balanced after ageing for 12 months in French oak. This is just a phenomenal wine - If you like BAROLO, you'll love this.
