Pinotage Fine Wine

Pinotage Fine Wine

Pinotage is a crossing of Pinot Noir and Cinsault, and is grown exclusively in South Africa. This is a man made grape, created by Abraham Izak Perold in 1925. Abraham was partial to a Pinot Noir, but he also wanted the best qualities of Cinsault and where there’s a will there's a way. Abrahams cross-breeding project was a success and today we get to enjoy the fruits of his labour, fine Pinotage wine.
