Treixadura

Treixadura

Treixadura might not be a household name, but in the right hands — and the right soils — it produces some of Spain’s most quietly impressive whites. Native to Galicia, and particularly at home in Ribeiro, Treixadura brings structure, freshness and a touch of floral charm. Often blended with Godello, Albariño or Loureira, it adds backbone and finesse, with citrus and orchard fruit layered over a mineral core. Think of it as Galicia’s answer to white Burgundy: subtle, age-worthy, and all about the details.
