Beaujolais is a playful little region in France that produces fine wine with Gamay grapes. Much of Beaujolais' wine is consumed on a single day, the third Thursday in November which is Beaujolais Noveau day, a day to celebrate new French wines that are fresh from the harvest. But, it doesn’t have to be the third Thursday of November to celebrate fine Beaujolais wine, everyday is a celebration with a bottle of this.
