San Pablo Wines

San Pablo Wines

Tucked within Argentina's Uco Valley, the San Pablo district sits at altitude in the foothills of the Andes — a place where cold nights, intense sunlight and ancient alluvial soils conspire to produce wines of remarkable precision and depth. This is one of Mendoza's most exciting sub-regions, drawing the attention of the country's most ambitious producers.

Wines from San Pablo are defined by their tension: ripe, concentrated fruit balanced by a freshness and mineral edge that the altitude alone can deliver. Malbec here takes on a more structured, age-worthy character — less opulent than lower-altitude expressions, more focused and terroir-driven. Alongside Malbec, Cabernet Franc and white varieties such as Chardonnay and Semillon are finding their footing in this cool, high-altitude environment.

Our San Pablo selection is curated from the region's most compelling estates — producers who farm with care, intervene minimally in the winery, and let the land speak for itself.
