Malbec is the signature, but here it's structured and mineral rather than plush. Alongside it, Cabernet Franc, Chardonnay and Semillon are finding their footing in the cool, continental climate. Sub-regions Gualtallary, Los Chacayes, San Pablo, Vista Flores each bring their own distinct character.
