The project of Ernesto del Palacio Winery begins with the aspiration of a farming family to produce quality wines from grapes grown in their own vineyards, nurtured with utmost care, perseverance, and the expertise passed down through generations for over 300 years. Ernesto del Palacio (Tito) grows up amidst ancient vineyards and cellars where his ancestors crafted red and verdejo wines from San Román de Hornija, sourced from their own vineyards.
