This Picpoul de Pinet is a super refreshing wine packed full of complex fruit flavours and moreish acidity. The grapes for this Domaine Font-Mars are harvested in the middle of September to obtain full ripeness and then picked at night in order to preserve their refreshing quality. Pale gold in colour with light green reflections. The bouquet shows white peach, bananas, perfume of white roses. This wine is crisp and bright, with with subtle floral and mineral notes on the finish. Bracing acidity
