In the centre of the Côte-Rôtie appellation, in the municipality of Ampuis, stands the locality of “Bonnivières”, a handsome east-facing hillside of mica schist where this Cuvee is grown. A typical Côte Brune wine, Bonnivières is full-bodied, but not excessive, with discreet oak and a superb velvety structure.
