Gašper is a collaboration between sommelier Gašper Čarman and growers in Goriška Brda, one of Slovenia’s most exciting wine regions. The area sits between the Alps and the Adriatic, combining warm days with cooling breezes that help preserve freshness in the grapes.

Working across a large patchwork of hillside vineyards on classic ‘opoka’ marl soils, the focus is on expressing the character of the region with clarity and drinkability. It’s a relatively modern project, but one built on deep local knowledge and a long background in hospitality and wine.
