IXSIR

IXSIR Winery, named after the Arabic word 'Iksir' meaning 'Elixir,' embodies the pursuit of the purest form of winemaking akin to a secret potion granting eternal youth and love. At the heart of IXSIR's vision lies the rediscovery of Lebanon's forgotten terroirs. These vineyards, meticulously cultivated with a focus on sustainable agriculture, span the Lebanese mountains and their clay-calcareous and limestone soils, stretching from Batroun to Jezzine. Enriched by unique microclimates, IXSIR's vineyards reach an impressive altitude of 1,800 meters, standing as the highest in the Northern Hemisphere. IXSIR winery was named by CNN as one of the greenest building in the world, and won the international Architizer A+ Award as well as the Good Green Design award and the Green Mind MENA Award.
