The bodega focuses exclusively on Manzanilla, sourced from select albariza vineyards in the coastal pago of Miraflores. Aged under flor in Sanlúcar’s humid, sea-breezed cellars, La Guita’s wines capture the purity, tension and saline finesse that define the very best of Manzanilla.
