Sylvain Mosnier took full advantage of the opportunity afforded to them and produced a range of stylish, traditional wines. Their crisp Petit Chablis is drinking beautifully now with white fish or meats, or on its own with good company. 94 Points - Gilbert et Gaillard. The Chablis masters at Sylvain Mosnier took full advantage of the excellent 2022 vintage and produced wines that are full of freshness, ripeness, and complexity. Classically styled, their Chablis 2022 has great intensity and energy, with its ample fruit kept in check by the clean, balancing acidity. 91 Points - Gilbert et Gaillard. The Sylvain Mosnier Chablis 1er Cru Beauroy 2021 is classic Chablis. The Beauroy site – the ‘climat’ – has Premier Cru status, and with its fine mix of limestone-rich soils, it gives wines that are fresh, clean and mineral-soaked. Sylvain Mosnier produces traditionally styled wines – no new oak here – that drink well young but which have the capacity to age and develop in bottle.
