Fine Grenache Gris Wine
A relatively obscure variety, Grenache Gris is grown to a limited extent in the South of France. Grenache Gris wine has a full texture and tastes of stone fruits such as apricot. Little is known about its history, but its production is considered to be a winemaker's indulgence as there is little commercial gain to be made from it.

"Organic white from a 60-year-old field blend... This is serious wine. A great white for the table" Jancis Robinson - Financial times - The Mas Amiel 'Altaïr' is an exciting old vines blend of White and Grey Grenache with Macabeu. Medium-bodied, juicy and deliciously fruit-forward on the palate, an elegant wine that will continue to surprise and delight over the next few years.
