Domaine Evremond is the ambitious English sparkling wine project from Champagne Taittinger and their UK partner Hatch Mansfield. Located in Kent, the estate was founded in 2014 on chalk and flint soils, echoing those of Champagne. The label pays homage to Charles de Saint-Évremond, who introduced Champagne to England in the 17th century, with the cinquefoil emblem inspired by his crest. All wines are fermented in stainless steel and aged on lees for three years, resulting in sparkling wines of impeccable finesse and English character. Domaine Evremond stands out for its Franco-British partnership, dedication to terroir, and its prestigious debut being served at Windsor Castle during a state banquet for King Charles III and French President Emmanuel Macron.
