Feldtheorie is a small organic estate in the heart of Austria's Kamptal, with vineyards around the wine town of Langenlois and a historic cellar on the banks of the river Kamp at Schönberg, plus holdings in the neighbouring Kremstal near Senftenberg. The physics-inspired name runs right through the range, with playful, questioning cuvées like "Relativ" and "Definitiv" that reflect a curious, experimental spirit.

The estate farms organically and works with a light hand in the cellar across a range that spans its Kamptal signatures — Grüner Veltliner and Riesling — alongside Sauvignon Blanc and characterful reds including Pinot Noir, Zweigelt and Blaufränkisch.
