Icarionello Cabernet Sauvignon Rosso Toscana 2021
The pinnacle of the Icario line, and a pure Cabernet Sauvignon made the Super Tuscan way. It is one of only three wines in the estate's exclusive Trilogy, chosen to show Icario's most refined and contemporary side. Deep garnet with dark ruby hues, it opens with an intense bouquet of blackcurrant, blackberry, tobacco and refined cedar. The palate is dense and structured, with firm yet perfectly polished tannins, great depth and a long, majestic finish. Power and finesse in a truly distinctive signature style, so it belongs on the table with a great steak, roast lamb or a long Sunday lunch.
Sansasia Vino Nobile di Montepulciano 2019
Icario's crown jewel, and one of the highest scoring Vino Nobile wines in the range, at 94 points from Falstaff. It is a limited production Sangiovese made from the finest selection of grapes across the entire estate, with the traditional governo alla toscana method adding richness and depth. It is named in honour of the owner's wife and two daughters, which makes it a lovely gift as well as a serious bottle. The nose is elegant and complex, with cold smoke, flint and wild berries, then truffle and cedar. Silky tannins, lively acidity and precise fruit lead to a very long finish, and it is built to age for years.
Rubì delle Pietrose Merlot Rosso Toscana 2021
A Tuscan Merlot that earned 93 points from Falstaff on its debut vintage, and one of only three wines in the Icario Trilogy. Icario describes it as smooth and enveloping, with the plush fruit of Merlot and the freshness of high altitude vineyards. Dark ruby with purple reflections, it offers a compelling combination of dark fruit, spice and tobacco, with concentration, a bold yet refined structure and a long, savoury finish. It is generous without being heavy, so it is an easy choice for a steak, a roast or a rich ragù.

SATURDAY DELIVERY If chosen as an option, orders must be placed before noon Friday for delivery that upcoming Saturday. Saturday delivery is subject to regional availability and a surcharge is shown at checkout.

E-Gift Cards
Your E-gift card will be delivered immediately to your email inbox for you to print off or forward on.
As indicated in our Quality Promise we will happily refund or exchange any faulty bottles. All we ask is the bottles in question are returned to us at least half full for verification purposes. If a bottle is broken on delivery we will also replace or refund it but we do require photographic evidence of the breakage. Equally we can arrange for the bottles to be collected the next time you receive a delivery from us.
Should we be unable to fulfil any part, or all of an order, Perfect Cellar (Beyond the Bottle Ltd) will suggest comparable substitutions. You are free to refuse these suggestions and are eligible for a full refund of relevant parts of the order.
In all instances, Perfect Cellar (Beyond the Bottle Ltd) must be informed of any claim within 24 hours of receipt of delivery by email or telephone. All refunds will be issued after we have received and approved the faulty items and the amount will be re-credited to your account within 30 days. The amount refunded will be equal to the full amount paid for the relevant products at the time of purchase and must be made by the same payment method as the original sale.
If you choose to cancel your contract of sale with Perfect Cellar (Beyond the Bottle Ltd) you may do so within 30 days of receipt of the goods. If the goods have already been dispatched they must be returned to us unopened and undamaged, and Perfect Cellar (Beyond the Bottle Ltd) will not be liable for any costs associated with the original or return delivery.
No refund can be given when a case has left bond as the value will be affected. Individual bottles of Fine Wine will be considered for refund on a case-by-case basis.
We advise contacting our Customers Services team before making any claim to ensure the process goes as smoothly as possible.
Advent Calendars - Due to the made-to-order nature of our Advent Calendars, they are not eligible for a full refund. However, we reserve the right to issue a refund in the form of store credit.
