A gold medal winner at the New Zealand International Wine Show 2025, made from Dillons Point, which the producer calls Marlborough's most expressive subregion, with a salty, oyster shell minerality that gives it a real sense of coastal place. Sauvignon Blanc at its most exuberant, it bursts with crunchy apple, feijoa, kiwifruit and tropical fruit, with a mouthwatering, saline freshness that keeps it lively. The vineyards follow Sustainable Winegrowing New Zealand standards. Serve it well chilled with oysters, grilled fish, goat's cheese salad or a Thai green curry, and drink it young while it is at its most vibrant.

Vivid and expressive, with crunchy red apple, feijoa, kiwifruit and lemon zest, then pineapple, mango and fresh basil, with a hint of crushed lychee and kaffir lime. The palate is just dry, with a core of ripe apple and tropical fruit framed by a saline acidity and chalky textured tannins, and a light leesy quality that adds texture and length. The finish is long, tasty and refreshing. Best drinking from now to 2028.

About the Producer
Rapaura Springs is owned and run by two Marlborough families, the Neylons and the Wiffins, who have been in partnership since 1985. The Neylons were pioneers of the green lipped mussel industry, and in 1985 they bought prime vineyard land in the Rapaura and Dillons Point subregions, growing apples before turning to vines. The first wine under the Rapaura Springs name was made in 2007, and the label shows a circle of rocks that represents the pure spring in its home vineyard, fed by water filtering down from the Southern Alps. The vineyards are managed to Sustainable Winegrowing New Zealand standards, and the wines are made at the family's own winery.

E-Gift Cards
Your E-gift card will be delivered immediately to your email inbox for you to print off or forward on.
As indicated in our Quality Promise we will happily refund or exchange any faulty bottles. All we ask is the bottles in question are returned to us at least half full for verification purposes. If a bottle is broken on delivery we will also replace or refund it but we do require photographic evidence of the breakage. Equally we can arrange for the bottles to be collected the next time you receive a delivery from us.
Should we be unable to fulfil any part, or all of an order, Perfect Cellar (Beyond the Bottle Ltd) will suggest comparable substitutions. You are free to refuse these suggestions and are eligible for a full refund of relevant parts of the order.
In all instances, Perfect Cellar (Beyond the Bottle Ltd) must be informed of any claim within 24 hours of receipt of delivery by email or telephone. All refunds will be issued after we have received and approved the faulty items and the amount will be re-credited to your account within 30 days. The amount refunded will be equal to the full amount paid for the relevant products at the time of purchase and must be made by the same payment method as the original sale.
If you choose to cancel your contract of sale with Perfect Cellar (Beyond the Bottle Ltd) you may do so within 30 days of receipt of the goods. If the goods have already been dispatched they must be returned to us unopened and undamaged, and Perfect Cellar (Beyond the Bottle Ltd) will not be liable for any costs associated with the original or return delivery.
No refund can be given when a case has left bond as the value will be affected. Individual bottles of Fine Wine will be considered for refund on a case-by-case basis.
We advise contacting our Customers Services team before making any claim to ensure the process goes as smoothly as possible.
Advent Calendars - Due to the made-to-order nature of our Advent Calendars, they are not eligible for a full refund. However, we reserve the right to issue a refund in the form of store credit.
