Sourced from two of Two Mountain's own vineyard sites, Schmidt and Marcella, this is a crisp, everyday Sauvignon Blanc for drinkers who want a bright, zesty white for weeknight drinking rather than a serious cellar wine.

Taste
A tropical fruit medley of starfruit, kiwi and golden pineapple, with the faintest hint of grass, bursting into flavours of guava, passion fruit, overripe peach and mango with a touch of zesty anise.
The Wine
A blend of 95% Sauvignon Blanc and 5% Semillon from the Schmidt and Marcella vineyards, aged entirely in stainless steel. 13.1% ABV.
About the Producer
Two Mountain Winery is a genuine family farm turned winery in Washington's Rattlesnake Hills. The Rawn family has worked this stretch of the Yakima Valley since 1951, when brothers Matthew and Patrick Rawn's grandfather, Phil Schmidt, established Schmidt Orchards. Growing up on the farm, the brothers helped their uncle, Ron Schmidt, plant the 26-acre Copeland Vineyard in 2000, crushed their first vintage two years later, and bought the operation outright in 2006. They named the winery for Mt. Adams and Mt. Rainier, the two peaks visible from the vineyard rows — a nod to the land itself rather than any marketing conceit.
Matthew and Patrick still farm every vine themselves, from Copeland Vineyard out to the Schmidt, Marcella and Portteus sites they now also draw from. In 2020 they became the first growers in Washington certified through R.U.L.E.S. for Sustainable Winegrowing, and the estate is also Salmon-Safe certified and a member of Sustainable WA — credentials earned rather than claimed. Their approach is as unpretentious as their roots: "It is our job to make wine. It's in our best interest to make good wine," as the brothers put it, and that philosophy runs through a range built for real, everyday drinking rather than the cellar.

SATURDAY DELIVERY If chosen as an option, orders must be placed before noon Friday for delivery that upcoming Saturday. Saturday delivery is subject to regional availability and a surcharge is shown at checkout.

Your E-gift card will be delivered immediately to your email inbox for you to print off or forward on.
As indicated in our Quality Promise we will happily refund or exchange any faulty bottles. All we ask is the bottles in question are returned to us at least half full for verification purposes. If a bottle is broken on delivery we will also replace or refund it but we do require photographic evidence of the breakage. Equally we can arrange for the bottles to be collected the next time you receive a delivery from us.
Should we be unable to fulfil any part, or all of an order, Perfect Cellar (Beyond the Bottle Ltd) will suggest comparable substitutions. You are free to refuse these suggestions and are eligible for a full refund of relevant parts of the order.
In all instances, Perfect Cellar (Beyond the Bottle Ltd) must be informed of any claim within 24 hours of receipt of delivery by email or telephone. All refunds will be issued after we have received and approved the faulty items and the amount will be re-credited to your account within 30 days. The amount refunded will be equal to the full amount paid for the relevant products at the time of purchase and must be made by the same payment method as the original sale.
If you choose to cancel your contract of sale with Perfect Cellar (Beyond the Bottle Ltd) you may do so within 30 days of receipt of the goods. If the goods have already been dispatched they must be returned to us unopened and undamaged, and Perfect Cellar (Beyond the Bottle Ltd) will not be liable for any costs associated with the original or return delivery.
No refund can be given when a case has left bond as the value will be affected. Individual bottles of Fine Wine will be considered for refund on a case-by-case basis.
We advise contacting our Customers Services team before making any claim to ensure the process goes as smoothly as possible.
Advent Calendars - Due to the made-to-order nature of our Advent Calendars, they are not eligible for a full refund. However, we reserve the right to issue a refund in the form of store credit.
